How to Steep / Ingredients
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 ounces of water, and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves.
Ingredients: Loose chamomile flower buds, lavender flower buds, roses, & lemon balm.
