An Oxymel is a combination of Vinegar and Honey and other herbs / botanicals mixed in. The combination of the vinegar and honey make an ideal environment for herbal extraction.

Oxymel are used to administer herbs that may not be so tasty to drink / eat on their own, so this is a great way to drink in immunity building goodness!

I usually mix a few drops / teaspoonfuls of this oxymel into my morning tea. You can mix it into juice, water, smoothies, anything really.
